Welcome to our residential care services for the elderly and individuals with disabilities. These terms and service policies apply to your submission of accommodation applications, service bookings, purchases of residential care services, and receipt of related services through this website. As residential care is an ongoing service, specific details regarding the residency period, fees, payment methods, and scope of services will be clearly outlined before the service is confirmed by the client.

  1. Nature of Services

We primarily provide accommodation, daily living support, and related care services for the elderly and adults with disabilities. Specific services may include accommodation arrangements, assistance with daily living activities, personal care support, help with meals and daily routines, companionship, activity support, and other services mutually agreed upon by both parties.

The specific scope of services is determined by the results of the residency assessment, the information on the service webpage, and the service agreement ultimately confirmed by both parties.

  1. Billing Model

The residential care services offered on this website are purchased on a periodic basis rather than as a one-time, permanent purchase.

As residential services typically span a specific duration, fees are calculated based on the residency period confirmed by the client—such as weekly, monthly, or other intervals agreed upon by both parties.

Unless a service webpage explicitly indicates an “automatic renewal subscription,” periodic residential services will not automatically renew. Arrangements for renewing the service for subsequent periods must be made in accordance with the confirmed service agreement or through the client’s proactive confirmation.

If a client wishes to extend their stay, they must re-confirm the relevant fees and accommodation arrangements for the new service period.

  1. Billing and Payment

Fees for accommodation and care services may be determined by the following factors:

Type of accommodation and duration of stay;
Scope of daily living support;
Personalized service requirements;
Number of residents and actual accommodation arrangements;
Other services mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Specific pricing is based on the website’s service webpage, price quotations, or the service agreement confirmed by both parties.

Clients are required to make timely payments for relevant fees according to the agreed payment schedule. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties, fees paid for residential services do not constitute a one-time purchase of permanent residency rights.

  1. Additional Service Fees

If a resident requests additional daily living support or other services that fall outside the scope of the original service plan, we will assess the feasibility of providing such services based on the actual circumstances.

If additional services incur new costs, we will explain the relevant fees to the client, the resident, or an appropriately authorized representative before providing the service, and we will proceed only after obtaining confirmation.

We will not intentionally add extra charges without prior confirmation.

5. Accommodation Deposit

If a specific accommodation service requires a deposit, we will clearly state the deposit amount, purpose, refund conditions, and relevant handling procedures on the service page or in the formal service agreement.

The deposit is not equivalent to the accommodation service fee; specific handling procedures are subject to the agreement confirmed by both parties and applicable laws.

  1. Service Period

Customers may select services based on the accommodation periods offered on the website. The official move-in date, estimated end date, and billing cycle will be specified in the order confirmation or service agreement.

If a customer wishes to extend the stay, they must contact us in advance to confirm the new accommodation period and associated costs.

  1. Service Confirmation

Submitting an accommodation application does not constitute formal confirmation of eligibility for the stay.

Prior to formal confirmation, we may need to understand the resident’s accommodation needs, requirements for daily living support, and other information relevant to service arrangements.

The accommodation service is formally established only after both parties have completed necessary communications and confirmed the accommodation conditions, scope of services, and costs.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

The customer, the resident, or their authorized representative must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and promptly notify us of any significant changes that may affect accommodation arrangements.

If there are significant changes to the resident’s actual needs, please contact us as soon as possible so that service arrangements can be re-evaluated.

  1. Cancellation and Early Termination

Customers wishing to cancel accommodation services that have not yet commenced should contact us as early as possible.

If the resident has already moved in, early termination of services will be handled in accordance with the confirmed service agreement and cancellation policy. Fees for accommodation and care services already provided are generally non-refundable; the portion of services not yet provided—if eligible for a refund—will be handled based on the specific circumstances.

Where applicable laws grant the customer statutory rights regarding cancellation, refunds, or other consumer protections, we will comply with such laws.

  1. Service Adjustments

If the resident’s actual needs for daily living support change, we may need to revisit the service plan with the customer, the resident, or their authorized representative.

If new service requirements exceed the original scope, both parties may need to re-confirm the service content, service period, and costs.

  1. Payment Methods

If the website offers online payment functionality, payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers such as Stripe.

Customers should complete payments via the official channels provided on the website. We will not request full bank card details via standard email or other insecure methods.

12. Privacy Protection

Information provided by clients, residents, and authorized representatives will be processed in accordance with this website’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

As residential care services may involve information regarding personal living needs, we will process relevant data only to the extent necessary for service provision and will take reasonable measures to ensure information security.

  1. Third-Party Services

Where accommodation services involve third-party platforms, payment services, technical systems, or other external services, the relevant third parties may have their own independent terms of service and privacy policies.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed upon by both parties, we shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by third-party services beyond our direct control.

  1. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms in response to changes in service content, pricing models, business arrangements, or applicable laws and regulations.

Updated versions will be published on the website, indicating the latest effective date. For service agreements that have already been signed and become effective, the terms confirmed by both parties shall prevail, unless otherwise required by law.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an accommodation application, confirming a service plan, completing payment, or formally checking in, the client acknowledges having read and understood these terms and service policies.
